I would be happy to share my experience regarding UK Visa in a refused case. I am British National. My mother’s visit visa was refused. Hi everyone. I got in touch with Waseem Younus Qazi through a referral. I kept on looking for legal advice on UK citizenship. I’m a Pakistani born permanent Hong Kong resident who had a BNO passport(which gave limited rights compared to UK citizenship) before. I applied for UK citizenship whilst in Hong Kong but was not properly guided even though the advisory was headed by an ex-Home Office official. His firm cited the Pakistani law as an obstacle to UK citizenship. HI consulted another London-based lawyer who also faltered when it came to the Pakistani side of the law. No one was willing to deal with multiple jurisdictions with overlapping complexities. When I finally got in touch with Waseem Younus Qazi whilst working and living in the UAE; he and I exchanged info. After a few days-he reverted back with solid guidance after studying both sides of the law, took over my complicated case and guided me step by step on the path to UK citizenship.
